BGC Precast Elematic Hollowcore Factory

The most modern precast concrete flooring factory in Australia is currently being built for BGC Precast in Western Australia. Exclusively using Elematic equipment supplied by Bennett Equipment the fully automated factory includes Batching Plant, Elematic E9 Extruder, Concrete Transport and Distribution System.

The Elematic extrusion based hollowcore system was selected by BGC over other systems due to the higher strength and light weight of the product produced and also due to Elematic’s experience and reputation in the manufacture of automated precast plants. Currently 70% of Australian extruded and slipformed precast flooring manufacturers use Elematic equipment.
