Pneumatically Operated Sprayer

This unit offers all the features of the power operated sprayers plus a highly efficient engine-driven compressor that ensures vacuum and pressure cycles are able to be operated in a minimum time. The emulsion receiver has a capacity of 285 litres, and is constructed to AS1210-1982. The additional capacity allows refilling without completely emptying. It is mounted on a separate, heavy duty, fabricated steel chassis, fitted with pneumatic wheels.

The suction standpipe is fitted with an easily removable mesh filter and hose coupling. The spray bars are retractable. Extension bars are available to a maximum width of 3.66m and the unit is also supplied with a hand lance complete with hose and adjustable nozzle. The standard unit, which is complete with all fittings, valves and gauges for operation, also offers many optional extras such as operators' platform, splash skirt, overrun brakes, float valve to prevent overfilling, dip stick and air flushing.

They can also be used with weed and pest control preparations. Bennett Engineering Pty Ltd held the first patents for the original design of the horizontal drum configuration enabling emulsion to be sprayed direct from the drum using a centrifugal pump, and also for the retracting spray bar. The range of Australian made products is produced at the company's Wingfield factory in South Australia. The quality of manufacture is backed up by years of experience, a sound knowledge of customer requirements and a spare parts service that is second to none.
