Concrete Transport Systems

For the transportation of high or low slump concrete from the mixer to the point of use, the system consists of tracks, shuttle or shuttles, electrical conductors and control system. The tracks can have bends and slopes to cater for changes in elevation and can include devices to transfer shuttles from one track to another. Shuttles come in various sizes up to 3 cubic metres with 2 wheel drive for normal grades and speeds and four wheel drive for faster speeds and steep slopes. A washing system can be connected to the transport track for simple efficient cleaning of the shuttle.
